What I'm good at, is to act as a catalyst. It seems a strange word, but it perfectly explains who I am and what I do.
Catalysts are agents of change. Essential pillars for adopting a new vision or start up a new project, in which people do not see clearly how to move forward.
But how can you recognise one? Catalysts first aim to understand the situation & context. They listen first, absorb & digest information. They surprisingly quickly see what can be improved, they make links with similar situation, they translate workable solutions to your context. They give ideas, precise ideas, and make them come true in a short time span.
